Holding regular fire drills is one of the most important aspects of your responsibilities as an employer.

The fire drill should test your procedure or emergency plan and should give you an indication of how well that procedure works and the role your employees play in the overall response to a fire emergency. It also allows you to modify the procedure should problems be encountered.
